　　尊敬的老师和亲爱的同学：

　　大家好！

　　今天我竞选的是班长一职。我在小学就一直担任班长职务，我觉得这是我的优势以及基础，我来参与竞选的目的只有一个：一切为同学服务。我自信在同学们的帮助下，我能胜任这项工作，正由于这种内驱力，当我走向这个讲台的时候，我感到信心百倍。

　　拿破仑有句名言：“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。我认为，班长不只是个称号，不只是个光环，它背后有实质性的内容，与同学们息息相关。所以，假若我当选，我不会让这个“长”成为一个虚名。

　　班长应该是架在老师与同学之间的一座桥梁，是老师的得力助手。不过，我得先从自我做起，严格要求自己，起表率作用；其次，我会在任何时候、任何情况下，都能想同学们之所想，急同学们之所急，敢于坚持原则，敢于积极为同学们谋求正当的权益。班长作为一个班集体的带头人物，我有能力处理好班级的各种事务。

　　请大家相信，我会是一名优秀的班长，上配合领导老师，下组织同学们把学校工作做得细密周到、有条不紊，担我职、负我责，我还会与其它各部委员密切配合，让我们的班级规范每一位同学的举止和日常行为，做到“德”。我会用自己的努力为自己赢得尊严、威望，赢得信誉！

　　我热爱集体、团结同学、拥有爱心。最大的优点就是可以欣然接受别人对我的意见，并且加以改正，就凭这几点，我认为我可以做好班长。但是，惟一不足的一点，便是：我挺内向，不怎么善于展示自己，这点困扰了我许久，但是我一定回去克服，尽我所能去做一个好班长！

　　假如我成功竞选上班长，我将用旺盛的精力来做好这项工作，争当老师的小助手，主动协助老师搞好班级学习工作！还会组织一些有意义的活动，例如：去野游，让同学们更亲近大自然；还有讲故事比赛，看谁说的最生动，最有趣……假如我落选了，说明我还有很多缺点，还需要自我完善。

　　俗话说：不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵。如果当上班长，我会更加严格要求自己，让自己做得更好，也让我们班更好，成为全年级的佼佼者。当然，大家如果对我有什么不满，或许我做的有什么不妥之处，欢迎来“批评”我。我一定会扬长避短，虚心接受，再多的话也表达不了什么。就让我用事实来证明吧！
