chamber (12), which functions as a hydraulic transmission, with a filling device (15), which isprovided for compensating for losses due to leakage and which is connected to a highpressure area (14) and to a low pressure area (13) of the valve and, lastly, with a flowrestrictor (18). According to the invention, the flow restrictor (18) can be displacedaccording to a pressure prevailing inside the low pressure area (13) whereby resulting in afilling of the hydraulic chamber (12) with fluid.
