FSO Tank Inspection Sequence舱室检验顺序
(For big space tank)仅对大型舱室
一、 Cargo Tank货舱
1. General Inspection (include.Cleaning) before dismantling scaffolding.拆架前要大检查
2. Dismantling Scaffolding.拆架
3. Painting for damaged area after cleaning.清洁后油漆补涂
4. Final Inspection & Paint Inspection.终检及油漆检验
5. Remove all utility.(Lighting,etc)彻底清洁
6. All Hatches on upp.DK will be close and Oil T. Hatch close temporally.
封舱，但油舱盖临时性关闭
＊After this timing should be apply to some permit system for enter the tanks.
但要允许一些必要的系统进舱
＊Slop Tank will be apply same manor of Ballast Tanks.

二、 Ballast Tank压载舱
1. General Inspection (include.Cleaning) before dismantling scaffolding拆架前要大检查

3. Paint inspection before dismantling scaffolding.拆架前要油漆专检
4. Dismantling Scaffolding.拆架
5. Touch up painting after cleaning.油漆补涂
6. Final Inspection & Paint Inspection.终检及油漆检验
7. Remove all utility.(Lighting,etc)彻底清洁
8. All Hatches on upp.DK will be close and Man Hole close temporally.封舱，但人孔临时关闭
＊After this timing should be apply to some permit system for enter the tanks.但要允许一些必要的系统进舱
三、 FWD Void space艏部空舱

五、 A.P.Tank艉尖舱
1. General Inspection (include.Cleaning) before dismantling scaffolding拆架前要大检查
2. Painting for damaged area .油漆补涂

六、 F.W.Tank淡水舱
1. General Inspection for ensuring no any hot work on surrounding of FWT before blasting (include inside cleaning) before blasting.在该舱打砂前需确认无任何周边的热工作业，并提交检查
2. Pre-blasting in FWT, then do steel defects inspection before main-blasting. (include degrease inspection)淡水舱扫砂，提交检验，确认没有任何钢板问题后，打砂
3. Main-blasting & salty test.打砂，盐份测试

4. Coating application. ( keep good ventilation, Humidity < 80%: S.T>D.P at least 3℃:Substrate Temp > 10℃)油漆（务必保持良好通风，湿度保持在80%以下，当钢板温度大于露点温度3℃时，水舱底面空气温度要大于10℃，可通过加热器进行升温。）
＜注：在0°C以上,空气因冷却而达到水汽饱和时的温度叫做\"露点温度\"。在温暖季节里,夜间，物体强烈辐射冷却的时候,与物体表面相接触的空气温度下降,在它降到\"露点\"以后就有多余的水汽析出。＞
5. DFT inspection & dismantling. 油漆干膜厚度检验
6. Touch up painting after dismantling & cleaning.油漆补涂，清洁
7. Final inspection and paint inspection.终检，油漆检验
8. Remove all utility.(Lighting,etc) & Curing time need 28 days彻底清洁，固化需28天。
9. All manholes close and fresh water filling and immersion test.关闭所有人孔，注淡水，进行浸泡试验
10. 内清洁
After immersion test, F.W discharge and final cleaning inside.浸泡后，放淡水，做舱
11. Final checking after cleaning.清洁后，进行终检
12. All manholes close and re-filling F.W.关闭所有人孔，再次注入淡水。
