摘要：This device contains an accelerometer (10) for generating a longitudinalacceleration signal reproducing the longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle, a positionsensor (18) which supplies a longitudinal inclination signal reproducing the longitudinalinclination of the vehicle, and compensation means to which the longitudinal accelerationsignal and the longitudinal inclination signal are connected for generating a longitudinalacceleration signal which is corrected with respect to the gravitational accelerationcomponent. The longitudinal acceleration signal is integrated over an estimated intervalby integration means which generate an inertial speed signal which reproduces thechange in speed in the estimated interval. A speedometer (10) generates a signalreproducing the speed of the vehicle with respect to the ground. A third-order
parameter estimator (26) operating in accordance with the method of least error squaresreceives the inertial speed signal and the signal from the speedometer (10). It supplies aslip factor as output variable. The signal from the speedometer (10) is corrected with thisslip factor. The parameters are considered to be constant during each estimated interval.The estimation is continuously repeated in order to take into consideration changes inthe parameters. The computer complexity is kept small in this arrangement.
