1.getLauncher()单例的Lanuncher

2.初始化Lanucher中的扩展类加载器(ExtClassLoader)和应用类加载器(AppClassLoader)

双亲委派首先判断类是否被加载,应用类加载器没有被加载才会交给parent(ext),ext未加载交给parent(bootStrap)
